1. Scope of Service

  • NotaryPublic24 acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between clients and licensed notaries.
  • We do not provide direct legal advice, legal representation, or guarantees regarding the acceptance of notarised or apostilled documents. However we offer consultation to the best of our abilites
  • The services are limited to administrative support, facilitation, and coordination with notaries.

 

2. Notary Selection

  • The platform will assign the first available notary to process your order.
  • If you have specific preferences regarding which notary you wish to use, you must inform our Customer Support Team at the time of placing your order.

 

3. Client Responsibility

  • It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate, complete, and sufficient information regarding the intended use of the documents.
  • We cannot guarantee that documents will be accepted by the receiving party (e.g., government authorities, banks, universities, foreign institutions).
  • Clients are strongly advised to verify requirements directly with the receiving party before placing an order.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • If a document is rejected due to issues with the notarisation or apostille process itself, we will issue a full refund of the service fee paid.
  • Refunds will not be granted where rejection results from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient information provided by the client.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of service fees paid for the relevant transaction.

We shall not be held responsible for:

  • Rejection of documents by third parties.
  • Delays caused by notaries, courier services, government authorities, or other external parties.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by the client.

 

6. Data Protection & Security

  • We take data confidentiality and security seriously. Client documents are handled with care, and protective measures such as password protection and secure storage are applied.
  • By using our services, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. No Legal Advice

  • Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes as professional legal advice unless stated otherwise. However we provide consultation.
  • Clients should consult independent legal professionals if uncertain about legal requirements or the acceptance of documents by receiving parties.

 

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to government closures, courier disruptions, strikes, or natural disasters.
